Windows 10: How do I fix Network Adapter Issues: Error 43 and Error 10

I've been encountering persistent issues with my network adapter and despite several attempts to troubleshoot, the problems persist. My network adapter is consistently showing Error 43 and Error 10 in Device Manager. I've tried updating the drivers through Device Manager as well as downloading the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website, but to no avail. The errors persist even after restarting the system.
