    How do I fix non working 2 step verification?


    Whenever I try to make changes to my profile info i.e., my birthdate is incorrect, MS asks for an email address, which I still actively use, for verification. Problem is that I never receive anything from MS and so cannot make necessary corrections.1I have checked my spam/junk folder numerous times2 the email is active and clearly correct MS gives most of it with only 4 characters obscured3yes, I fill in the whole, complete email.4yes it says that I need to fill in the next box with the code that they send to that address.Thank you,Craig

    How do I fix non working 2 step verification?

    Remove 2-step verification on Skype

    I have 2-step verification ON for non-trusted devices. However, on my work computer (which I have designated as a trusted device), whenever I log into Skype using my Microsoft account. And, every single time, it asks for 2-step verification. I looked on
    Skype on how to turn it off, but since it's verification of my MS account, it refers me to MS. Any idea how to fix this?

    If it helps, I'm using the desktop version of Skype, running on Windows 10.
