    I first had this problem signing into OneDrive but that wasn't too important as I don't need that, however now I need to activate windows AGAIN because I upgraded motherboard and CPU, but that's a separate problem. I can't get past the verification because it gives the option to text a number which I must have typed in wrong the first time as it only has a single different digit to my own and which I obviously don't have access to. When I then click 'I can't verify my account' and go to the link, I update the recovery phone number it has definitely saved and have even waited 30 days as I di

    Are you able to follow them?
