Windows 10: How do I fix notifications still coming in even though Do Not Disturb is enabled?

I recently set a Do Not Disturb schedule to come on in the evening when I'm sleeping.However, it appears that notifications are still coming in even when that schedule is supposed to be on. Specifically, several notficiations from the Mail app came through early this morning, waking me up.How do I fix it so that no notifications come in when scheduled Do Not Disturb is enabled?

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

I cannot Come out of DO NOT DISTURB

• Were there changes made on the PC prior to the issue?
• Do you have the latest Windows updates installed on your PC?
• What is the exact error message you are getting? Please send us a screenshot.
• What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter to scan your computer, identify the problem, and attempt to fix the issue automatically. You may refer to the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R and type Control Panel.
• Type troubleshooting in the search bar and click on
  Troubleshooting.
• Click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.

Skype notification on Do Not Disturb mode

Do not Disturb.

I would like to inform you that it is possible. When you are in Do not disturb mode, you can see some number on the Skype icon in the task bar. Those number resembles the number of notification you have.

Let us know if you are not able to see the notifications when you are in Do not Disturb mode. We will be glad to assist you further.
