Windows 10: How do i fix pc when after i factory reset and try to set up a pin because it says pin is...

AFTER factory resetting my windows 10 and try to log in, It says your pin is longer availble and set it up, SO when i do try to set it up IT SAYS USER PROFILE CANNOT BE LOADED. I have tried a lot of things but when i try to startup repair, and it asks for my password for my account i couldnt even remember my password and tried all my passwords. can anyone help me you would make my year.

Can't reset Pin

1. Connected.
2. Completely up to date
3. Already restarted several time. Unable to reset pin from login screen (it simply says to go to accounts). Unable to reset pin after using password to access device. See above.
4. There is no option to remove pin.

Resetting device to factory settings is not really an option: very time consuming and a huge amount of trouble to reinstall everything. I'll just use a password and hope I'm never asked to use the pin on this device.

If you are unable to reset your Windows PIN, you can try the following steps to fix the issue:
