Windows 10: How do I fix random gray screens?

I got my pc roughly 5 months ago, and it’s been acting up now. I’ve been getting random gray and black screens while I’m trying to game, and it’s so frustrating. I’ve tried every solution on YouTube and nothing works. How it works basically I launch a video game after a couple of minutes screen just goes gray then it shuts off and restart’s it’s self. I’ve also have some inconters with another weird glitch. My pc will just randomly show these weird lines and just close the game I have open like a crash. Please help me!

I had solved my 2D & gray screen issue using advice posted by erocker (see below)
Mainly it involves creating a profile and putting higher 2D clocks:

Great post! I have a Sapphire HD 5750 sitting on the shelf going to waste due to the gray screen crash. I run dual monitors and mine crashes randomly in 2D and is guaranteed to gray screen playing any kind of video.

A few months ago I tried this method to no avail. The clocks stayed up just fine but it didn't help my crashing problem.

This post has motivated me to maybe find a reference HD 5750 bios of another brand and try flashing.

I've never flashed a video card, any suggestions or links where I might find a bios and flash utility?

A gray square apears on random places in my screen when i scroll

i did the steps but the problem still goes, this only happends on firefox, the main problem is that everytime a scroll up or down, a gray square pops up and and then dissapear, sometimes it apears on random places and causes to click on stuff i don't want
