Windows 10: How do I fix start menu and other explorer problems?

Start menu doesn't start by keyboard OR by mouse. Microsoft store icon in taskbar is empty, on starting says "Class not registered" for explorer.exe. Some shortcuts like Win+D also not workingWin+E works. I tried to restart explorer through task manager and command prompt. The "Show Desktop" button in taskbar also not working. I can't check for updates since I cannot open the settings appStart Menu not working and the security option in system tray also doesn't start. I ran a scan in MalwareBytes and cleared the threats, no effect. Btw, its Windows 10.
