Windows 10: How do i fix start-up problem: Stopcode: Driver PNP Watchdog. This code is after...

How do I fix this start-up problem? After several start tries, the screen says "Preparing Automatic Repair", then after several minutes says it needs to restart the PC and has this note: Stopcode: Driver PNP Watchdog. Then it finally goes to the log-in. thanks for any assistance!

STOPCODE: DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG error

i am experiencing this error STOPCODE: DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG after my machine crashed and started seeing this blue screen. I was doing the windows update Insider Preview Build 19587.

At this time, i am unable to go past the HP logo. I have tried the different resolutions that others have experienced and is unable to even get to the troubleshoot screen.

I am running an HP Envy 17m-laptop 17m-bw0013dx with 32 Gb of memory

Any other ideas?

Running WIN 10 on HP Pavillion Core i7 8th Gen

During some Unknown Update (it started when I turned on machine)

After at least 1/2 hour of spinning I received the following:

’PC ran into a problem and needs to restart, will restart for you.

If you call support give them this info

Stopcode: DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG’

The process than restarts saying doing Auto Repair, than fails and restarts again with saying doing Auto Repair etc etc etc, no way to cancel except to Shutdown.

please help
