    This recently started happening but I cannot access my SSD and harddrive anymore and when I go to disk management they are not present either. I have reformatted when they were accessible but they still ended up having problems. I have ran Malware Bytes and it picked up nothing.. How do I fix this? HELP How do I fix the blue question mark over my harddrives? :(

    How To Remove Blue Question Mark From File Explorer?

    Is there a way to remove this blue question mark button from File Explorer?

    I never press it, and usually whenever I need help with fixing stuff on the computer, that question mark is the least likely button that will help me out, lol. Thanks!

    Thanks I tried that no change to blue ? mark it said I had pc on never to do automatic updates I change that from manual setting

    • Windows 10 has the latest updates
    • The DVD/CD-ROM is not visible anymore in control panel / device manager as soon as the blue question mark appears over the drive letter for the drive (in explorer) Hence a bit difficult to check the driver and to try to update it
