Windows 10: How do I fix the "Can't log into your account" error message

I woke up today to find out that my computer didn't shut down properly even though I did shut it down properly. I got the error message, signed out and back in like it told me to do, that didn't work. I restarted multiple times and that didn't work. I browsed through the Microsoft Answers forum, did everything I could there, didn't work. Went on reddit posts to see what solutions I could do, same as Microsoft Answers, didn't work. What I am trying to say here is that if you're typing your reply to this post right now, I've most likely tried it.The only thing I haven't done to my knowledge

Dual error message not fixed

i only get one message. i enabled log to file, created folder for it, then to test the error message, i deleted the folder, to prompt the error message, of which i got one. Ver 1.20.0

How to switch Windows log-in from MS account to local account

I did as suggested and got very close to it but see below:
