Windows 10: How do I fix the "Error 2203/2202" message whenever I try the Epic Games installation???

So whenever I the administrator and owner, attempt at downloading Epic Games through the installer, I always get the same error message: "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2203."I can't even send a screenshot it keeps saying errorThing is I've looked it up on google, tried the temp windows file permissions thingy, also have tried the cmd prompt, and ATTEMPTED to run updates on my laptop several timeseach time it said "Couldn't finish updates" :/ .I really wanna download stuff from

Error 2203 when attempting uninstall/install

Didn't answer your question, it was not made by Microsoft installer. What I was attempting to uninstall/reinstall when the 2203 error popped up was Adobe and additionally I attempted downloading the epic games launcher with the same error. All the tutorials suggest it has to do with permissions on the temp folder which I changed but still no luck.
