Windows 10: How do I fix the greyed out install button?

Hello, I've been trying to install Minecraft Launcher for 2 weeks now, but every time I tried to install it, the install button turned from grey back to blue. I tried everything, troubleshooting Microsoft Store, deleting the cache, restating my PC. I have Windows 10 Pro and I don't know why it doesn't work. I tried installing other apps but it still didn't work. I went to the conclusion of factory resetting my PC but I was scared that it still won't work and I would loose all my stuff for nothing. Any help would be amazing!

Windows 10 Windows Installer (msiserver) greyed out

I have tried to un-grey the properties in Windows Installer which is continually showing as 'running' but nothing is being installed. When I do try and update I get the 'another installation is happening' error message. It's set to manual. I've clicked
on 'more actions' and it is still greyed out. Any other suggestions as at the moment I can't update anything.

There are options you can consider to troubleshoot this issue. When the
Print button on the File Explorer window is greyed out, we suggest that you check if the
Print Spooler service is running. To do this, simply follow the steps below:

• On the Cortana search box, type Services and click the
  Services app.
• Scroll down and check if the Print Spooler service is running.
• If not, right-click Print Spooler and click Properties.
• On the Properties window, click Start.

After following the steps, check if the Print button
is already available.

Mandy, Glad to hear of your progress. If the greyed out Yes button is still there then might I suggest that the procedure you used was inadequate and that you'd be better off with Fix UAC prompt has greyed out or missing Yes button - TenForumsTutorials Denis
