Windows 10: How do I fix the oldstyle Alt-Tab cycle bar from appearing?

So everytime I have Rainbow Six Siege in Focus and I Alt-Tab out of it, the old design appears. In Full-Screen Mode this is a real issue cause when you press it once it already switches to the next open Window. Then, if I hit it again the old design overlays with the new design and you are unable to use it anymore. I´ve contected the Rainbow Support and the Windows Support already, however they are either out of ideas or not that competently. Start bar and Alt+Tab stop working after PC is on after awhile

After running Win10 without any major issues since its' release about a week ago I started encountering an apparently pretty common issue with the start bar not working. Along with the start bar not being accessible, when I try to use alt+tab, it also does
not work. When I first logon to my PC it works fine but after awhile the issue appears. I've read through the various publications online detailing the steps of:

• Running /sfc scannow
• Re-installing windows apps
• Repairing windows update
• Lastly, I have reset my PC (while keeping my files)

After going through all of the above, the issue still appears..

My next step is to create another account and use that, before I do that, does anyone else have any other suggestions for this issue?

alt + tab not working

In XP, I've found I can't alt-tab in, or out of games. In game, I can Ctrl-esc to get out, then I have to click on the task bar to get back in.

 

IE11 - No Tabs, No Favorites Bar

My Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 10 has gone very strange.

• I have no Favorites Bar; I know how to toggle it on and off, but it will not come back
  • my Favorites are still there in the Favorites Menu bar tab (Menu Bar and Status Bar appears to be the
    only Bars I can turn on and off)
• I have only one Tab, and can't see any others - even thought they are there somewhere - as the Taskbar Icon preview shows.

Steps I have taken to fix this:

• restored Advanced Settings via Internet Options Advanced - and reboot
• reset IE11 settings completely via Internet Options Advanced - and reboot
• removed IE11 completely via CP, Programs and Features, Windows Features - and reboot
• reinstall IE11 via CP, Programs and Features, Windows Features - and reboot

None of these steps made any difference.

I don't know what else to try.

Any ideas?
