Windows 10: How do I fix the safe mode welcome taking super long and also profile service sign in fail

Help me please this is very irritating I’ve just factory reset, and I’m trying to log onto the account and it keeps getting a weird error something like profile service failed to sign in, so I looked it up and I’m trying to enter safe mode but when I click 4 to select the safe mode option it works then u put my pin in it works but it get stuck into a welcome page PLEASE HELP!

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

Hello all,

Recently I reset my laptop after that while I am trying to login it is showing the user profile service service failed the sign-in because of that I thought it is better to enter into safe boot mode but it was taking so long and after that it is showing blinking blank screen in safe boot mode. I can't do anything in safe mode so I tried to open task manager using Ctrl+alt+delete it worked and then I restart windows explorer but issue didn't resolve. After that I checked value of winlogon shell value is explorer.exe or not but it is explorer.exe. After that Using run new task of task manager with cmd.exe opened command prompt and then I entered devmgmt.msc for device manager and uninstalled display driver then restart the computer still issue didn't resolve. I can't login in normal mode because of the user profile service service failed the sign-in and tried safe boot mode but showing blank screen blinkering because of that I have to do everything using task manager in safe mode because screen is blank. Please help me out of this.

The user profile service failed the sign in, user profile can not be loaded apart from efforts to start up window in safe mode but failed even in safe mode. Kindly help me
