Windows 10: How do I fix the SDBUS internal error bluescreen?

So I've been using my laptop for the past few days and just recently it started to bluescreen on me. I've had this issue before as I've had this laptop for a while now and I've used the fixes given to me before to fix the problem.I tried doing the usual fixes for my laptop to fix the bluescreen and none of them have worked like last time. Are there any other fixes to this issue or am I going to have to do something else about it? I've tried start up repair, roll back drivers, etc. and nothing has worked.

SDBUS INTERNAL ERROR

I've been having trouble with SDBUS INTERNAL ERROR for a couple of weeks. It gives me a grace period when I boot it up but soon it just crashes and gives me BSOD which is annoying. I've been researching how to fix it but I can't find out how to fix it. I'm
thinking it has to do with a recent anti-virus app I installed named "Avira" and I've gotten rid of it and deleted leftover files. Please help me with this problem, I'd really appreciate it.

 

BSOD: SDBUS internal error

If the device is under warranty, contact the manufacturer as they are responsible for the full functioning of the device. SDBUS internal error probably indicates a motherboard issue.
