Windows 10: How do I fix the system requirements not met.

The pc health check says that it meets windows 11 requirements. Every time i download windows 11 to my SSD Samsung 990 or 980 pro it say recovery with error code of 0xc000000e and the file \Windows\system32\winload.efi. And for the last thing i am useing a official windows download usb stick.

Windows 11 systems requirements not met

I've been using windows 11 for almost three months but after the latest update it started displaying system requirements not met. I noticed that the tpm 2.0 module was disabled after the update so I enabled it but it didn't fix the notification . I've checked through pc health check and it says this pc meets system requirements and I've also cross-checked my system specifications with the requirements. What should I do ?

 

My processor met requirement but windows pc cheaker said it doesn't met windows 11 requirement!!

My pc is HP z440 with windows 10 22H2 which has all requirements to upgrade to windows 11 , but when I check the upgrade either by windows pc checker or by hp checker it gives me result that my processor doesn't met the requirement of windows 11 (my processor have all requirement xeon E5-2650 and its name is in the list of upgrade in the microsoft website and it has 12cores and its speed 2.2 gh )why my processor doen’t met requirement ? how can I fix that?

 

How do I fix the System Requirements Not Met.

Windows is saying system requirements not met but when I look at the min. requirement my computer supports up to 4 times that much. How do I check what is actually wrong and fix it? Everything is up to date with windows updates but I'm still getting the message about it not being up to par. I have tried going to the settings to "learn more" but it only takes me to a web page with windows 11 system requirements and doesn't actually tell me what is the problem. I bought this computer with windows 11 already installed on the computer and honestly at this point I want to go to windows 10. It has been nothing but issues since I got it.
