Windows 10: how do i fix the voium problem it just stop working

i have an hp pavillian 360 i can not hear anything for games zoom it just stop working please help this is not the first time this has happened

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

Aside from updating and reinstalling the driver of the network adapters, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

As a first troubleshooting step, we suggest that you run the Network troubleshooter. The Network troubleshooter may help diagnose and fix common connection problems. To run the Network troubleshooter:

• In the search box on the taskbar, type Network troubleshooter, and select
  Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
• Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
