Windows 10: How do i fix the windows 10 bug that is causing my PC's gaming performance to be worse than...

Recently this has been happening. Anyways, I recently took my gaming PC to a Pc repair shop and they said there's nothing "wrong" with the PC's hardware. They said that it had to do with my drivers are it's a windows 10 bug. Also, they recommend me installing windows 11 even though it's a terrible OS. If your methods don't help me than show me how to complete wipe out my motherboard's drivers and my GPU & CPU drivers so that I can install windows 11 .Thanks for your help.My specs:CPU: Intel i5-10400FCPU COOLER: COOLING SE 214 XT ARGB I DON'T KNOW WHAT BRAND THIS IS CPU COOLER TOWERGP

Why is my gaming PC performing worse than it usally does?

I've only had this PC for around 5 months and it's performing worse than it usally does. Is there a way to fix this? I even resetted my PC and it didn't event help ot at all. Also, when I play games my cpu and gpu usage isn't maxed out and it's acting like that.

Here are my specs:

• Intel i5-10400F
  
• 16gb ram 3200 MHz
  
• RTX 3070 Ti
