Windows 10: how do i fix these errors on my energy report? im using an MSI GS65 Stealth 296 9SD

Inconsistent Code 10 Error on Wifi Driver: Multiple Attempts at Network Resets, Reinstalling Driver, and Loading Default BIOS Settings - Wifi Still Drops

I've tried these before, but I tried again just to make sure. Updating the driver didn't do anything, and Windows claims that the driver is the most up to date version when I try searching for a new one.

For the sake of thoroughness, I have an MSI gs65 stealth-296 laptop, and I'm currently running the 1909 version of Windows 10.

 

Intel 9560 Code 10

Every so often, my MSI GS65 Stealth 9SD laptop's network adapter will get a code 10, and stops working. I have tried reinstalling, deleting, and updating the drivers, restarting my computer, resetting bios and network settings, and turning off my firewall.
Nothing works, but then sometimes it randomly starts working again. I'm currently using my phone to tether my computer to the wifi. Is there any way I could know it's a hardware problem?

 

Laptop plugged in but not charging.

Hello, I just bought a MSI GS65 Stealth Thin laptop. When the power cord is connected, the laptop says that it is plugged in but not charging. Does anyone know how to fix this? The laptop has been fully updated. Thanks.
