How do I fix this: Application error: a client-side exception has occurred see the browser console for more information.

Tesla billing portal: "Application error a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console."

I keep getting this error when I try to sign into my Tesla billing portal: "Application error a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console." I have already cleared my cache and cookies multiple times, reinstalled Chrome multiple times, and had my husband try to log in on his MAC using Chrome. This has been going on since July. Any suggestions? Chrome is the only browser that will allow access to the Tesla billing portal (according to Tesla).

When I try to print an article from The Wall Street Journal using either Microsot Edge or Chrome I receive the following on a blank page:

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

I've tried clearing the Chrome History to no avail. I have not cleared the Edge settings

Thanks very much for your response.

Until recently printing either a PDF or a hard copy from The Wall Street Journal worked perfectly using both Edge and Chrome.

A few weeks back both stopped working and I got the same message on both:

“Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)”.

This occurs from no other media sources and in fact it doesn’t occur on two other PCs I tried.

The only work around which was successful was to use the” PrintFriendly” extension in Edge and Chrome.

Following your suggestion regarding the InPrivate mode and Incognito mode both operate correctly – thank you.

I installed Firefox to try it and it too works perfectly but I've never been a Firefox supporter.

There apparently something wrong with my two applications which only applies to The Wall Street Journal.

I'm very reluctant to remove them both completely and reinstall them so any alternative would be very much appreciated.
