    How do I fix this blue screen and recovery screen loop??


    I am having trouble being able to save this laptop like at all. It seems to be going into a loop of a blue screen and a recovery screen, and then back into the blue screen, and so on. Im unable to access the advanced options for some reason as when I try to it just puts me back on the blue screen. Ive tried all of the options in the recovery screen but it just still ends up on the blue screen again, including safe mode. Ive tried to reinstall windows through my usb, but when i try to get the boot options up by pressing f12 during startup my screen just freezes. It is very annoying and I have n
