    How do I Fix "This copy of Windows is not geniune."


    I've owned my PC for over 10 years with win 7 pro loaded by DELL. Now I'm getting Windows activation error and entering the KEY on the label I get "This copy of Windows is not geniune." So how do I fix this?

    How to retrieve a Geniune copy of Windows 7/10

    You need to install the edition of Windows 7 listed on the COA sticker that corresponds with Windows 10.

    The copy of Windows 10 you download and upgrade from will correspond with the edition of Windows you have installed, if it does not, this is why you might be experiencing problems activating:

    • Windows 7 Starter, Home Basic, Home Premium, Windows 8.0 Core, Windows 8.1 Core will install Windows 10 Home

    • Windows 7 Professional, Windows 7 Ultimate, Windows 8.0 Pro, Windows 8.1 Pro will installWindows 10 Pro

    After reaching the desktop, you can use your Windows 7 key to activate:

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
