Windows 10: how do i fix this error with microsoft visual c++?

I'm trying to play this game on my pc but it tells me that I need to download Microsoft visual C++ but ever time I try to it gives me an error message that says it wont let me download it because something else is installing and I have to update that first and I've checked everything and nothing needs installed0x80070652 is the error code
