Windows 10: How do I fix this Event ID 41 Critical Error Windows 11?

Im having an Issue with my computer. It will shut down randomly at times. I could be playing a game or watching youtube/tv or even amazon doesn't matter what it is, the computer will freeze up and restart it self and go back to normal for a while until it does it again. I have scanned for issues using "MyASUS" and it says my device is clean and fine but obviously it is not doing very well. I bought this computer back in Feb of 2021 so its not super old either. Driver for NVidia has been up to date as well. I'm2 not super tech savvy so any help would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance!

Thankyou very much for your reply. In relation to your first post, I have carried out steps 10-22 (apart from step 15, I will attempt to leave it running with this tonight). The screenshots are attached. I have also uninstalled the programmes detailed above. Unfortunately, as my laptop is a custom built from PCSpecialist, they do not provide BIOS updates anywhere easily accessible. I will phoen them today and see if there are any updates.

1. Are you aware of any changes made on your PC, prior to this issue?
   
2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
   
3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?
   

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
Power Event ID 41 and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.

Additionally, you can refer the article on Windows
