Windows 10: How Do I Fix This? HELP!!! WINDOWS 11 no taskbar/windows start

Hi! So basically my laptop had been bluescreening for like sometime, so i thought it was an issue with the drivers right, but i updated the drivers using some app, "Driver Booster 11" cool. But the bluescreen still continued to happen, then i decided to use the Dell System recovery thingy to recover my computer to a previous update version, then when i logged back in my computer, I find that my file explorer is completely bugging out, I don't have a taskbar or the windows start, my background keeps flashing black every few minutes and then the file explorer crashes every time at the same time

Help!, windows taskbar disapeared!!!

i installed a new vga into my computer and everything is fine, except that the Taskbar dosnt show up!! i have windows xp home edition. hitting the Windows button on my keybored dosnt open the start menu either, some 1 please help!

It's still happening after i have done the above mentioned steps. I was running FireFox, I had 3 tabs open. 2 were Newegg.com, 1 was TPU. Closing them did NOT resolve the issue. Im starting to think that this is being caused by a windows process. notifications are entirely off too. FFS, this is really annoying.

I tried This fix, and im Hoping it will work.

I Also installed "start10" and customised the start Menu, and Added a proper start button. Still no frozen taskbar, and its been Far longer than it normally takes until it used to happen.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
