Windows 10: How DO I FIX This incredibly stupid thing

I DONT WANT THIS IS MANAGED BY ORGANIZATION! I am the admin of the PC AND HOW DO I FIX THIS, I cant fix this, turn on speech recnognition, and cortana says it BLOCKED by ADMIN. I tired of this AND I WANT IT GONE!t

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

Will stupid bugs on N97 ever be fixed!?

I'm one of the several UNHAPPY owners of N97 and its plethora of bugs. Some are incredibly stupid and I wonder how Nokia's Quality Team let them reach the clients.



1. Some times when you copy MP3 files to the mass memory, the music player
won't recognize the new files. The files are there and I can open them using the file manager but the player simply refuses to update the music list. The same thing happen with videos or image files.

2. We also have a problem that is exactly the opposite of the one descrived above. Some times you delete a music file, video or image but the player thinks that the file is still there. We usually see a broken green picture that represents the ghost file.
It's there forever.



Now, tell me: how hard is to create a code to manually refresh the music, video or image database with the new files listed in the mass memory (problem 1) or how hard is to create a code to automatically remove the image, video or music entry from the database
when the files cannot be found anymore.



I know there are some solutions for these issues in the forum but they are
unexceptable and sometimes they don't work! To ask an user to open a hidden folder (E:\Private) and delete certain files with unutterable names is not what a good user experience, especially when the problems happens quite often.



N97 was supposed to be your flagship phone and I'm amazed to still see stupid bugs so much time after its release. Simply FAIL Nokia!
