Windows 10: How do I fix this issue with my laptop?

I have a window 10. Nothing is working on my taskbar if I want to click the Microsoft Appstore it says class not registered. If I want to click the windows logo to go to settings to fix this issue it won't respond! Nothing is opening if I download an app, it works but when i delete it it's still in the taskbar and it won't let me delete it. My ENTIRE taskbar WON'T respond it won't let me connect a Bluetooth device it won't let me change the volume or ANYTHING not even key board shortcuts will work there is only like 3 apps that work which is discord, Spotify, google, Microsoft edge, and file

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
