Windows 10: how do i fix this issue with signing into the microsoft store?

so every time I hit the sign in option it shows me the account to log in but then when the second window pops up its completely blank is there a fix for this

For Windows store issue you may refer the following suggestion:

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.
