Windows 10: How do I fix this Java error?

I've been playing this server with my friend for quite a bit now but.. I keep getting these type's of errors: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: Failed to decode packet error code here . The one I'm dealing with right now is this one:io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: Failed to decode packet 'clientbound/minecraft:set_entity_data - Happened after opening a chest at a ruined portal.I'm using this server host " https://exaroton.com " - And I'll link a screenshot of the mods I'm currently using. Internet explorer & java

1) What exactly you are trying to do with java/ do you receive any error message related to java, while trying to open Microsoft Edge?

2) Do you receive any error message when trying to open Internet Explorer?



I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Clear caches and cookies of Internet Explorer.

Follow the steps below:

• 
  Press Shift + ctrl + Delete key on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Mark check on cache and cookies and click on Delete button.
  

Step 2: Run Printer troubleshooter.

• 
  Type troubleshooting in the search area on the taskbar and select
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select View all on the top left corner.
  
• 
  Click Printer.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

Java not working

I'm trying to look at the trajectory of NEO's (Near Earth Objects) at JPL website. To do so, requires Java. I have the latest version installed and it is enabled to run content in the browser (I checked with the Java control panel). I even added JPL web address to the exception list to no avail. I've tried five different web browsers and they all spit back the error. Adding the JPL web address to the exception list was the only workaround that they provided. This is so frustrating!

Thanks, im sorry, i did all of the step u are suggested to me, but did not fixed the problem.

Btw this is new pc i just bought, after i got it, i tried to install Pirate Microsoft Office, it didnt work anyway and window defender have found a lot of virus(Win64/Expiro.AE) after that i had to uninstalled it, and remove all of the virus, anyway after
that ive installed minecraft, and it said i need java runtime environment 1.6.0, so i try to install the java and the ive found this java error 1601.
