    How do I fix this: keeps coming up saying it can't find way to make this workMarket...


    I've transferred programs and files from a computer with Windows 10 to new computer with Windows 11. I keep getting a pop up that says it cannot find the msi file!

    Windows 10 keeps returning to not shutting down all the way after MANY fixes tried.

    Thank you for your response!

    On the first suggestion number 4. does not exist for me so I get stopped there.

    On the second suggestion.... ok, I have no idea how to log in as an administrator. I am not a computer tech or nerdy enough I guess (I wish!). I thought you just Cntr Alt Dlt and switch over from there but I didn't see any options in anything I tried from that
    so I Googled it and the suggestions were way over my head immediately!

    That 3rd step sounds like word-salad to me. So... I guess I will keep trying to figure out how the heck to log in that way so I can try this one because it definitely a fix I haven't tried yet.

    Favorite selected keeps coming back

    Hi,



    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.



    Step1: Try deleting the Favorites in User profile and check if it helps.


    • Open C: Drive.

    • Select User.

    • Select user profile.

    • Click on Favorites.

    • If you’re able to see the favorites list, then you
      can delete the Favorites from there and check if it helps.
