Windows 10: how do i fix this loop

my pc omen 16.1 would start up and say "preparing automatic repair" and say "your pc didnt start correctly" and when i would turn it on again or press restart it just loopsi already reset the pc and it was a hassle to download everything again, so that is the last resort, i frequently get bluescreens on startup but after like 2 startups it gets normal, this one however just loops and i dont know how to fix it, the past bluescreens i searched up and it was about driver issues on all of them, so i searched up how to dk a driver update and thats when it crashed

• Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
• What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?
