Windows 10: How do I fix this? Might I have a virus?

    How do I fix this? Might I have a virus?


    To start this off, all these issues started today a few hours ago.I was playing and seemed to get much higher FPS drops than usual my computer sucks but not THIS much… I started switching apps up, using the razer optimization feature for a few apps. I opened one of my customization for the LEDs in my pc apps cause I thought it might have some hardware optimization features, and I also opened the app which controls my graphics card and its fans. I ran some fan tests and then I cleaned the inside of my computer. none of this worked, so I played a bit more and eventually left.a few hours late

    Programs not working

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

    i think me computer has a virus when i start it up there are no short cuts or task bar( thing with the start button) any suggestions on how to fix it? thanxs
