Windows 10: How do I fix this news popup when I hit my Windows key, Search key or the physical windows...

I already tried right-clicking the taskbar and going through news & interests to turn that off, but it still pops up. It covers my whole screen and doesn't allow me to use my computer's search feature anymore. A link to a screenshot of the problem since it won't let me post the image itself here. I've tried most the things in the taskbar settings itself. I just have a standard Windows 10 PC so im unsure of whats going on here.

Windows 8.1 pro + WMC key activation

It does not change the windows 8 key, it gives you a new WMC key, which overides the installed windows 8 key as far as i read.

Google and download the "Windows 10 media creation tool"

Create a USB flash drive ISO and that's all you need...it will work without needing a key..
Just skip past entering a key during full install and delete all partitions, format, create new drive and install...

As long as you have upgraded from Windows 8 first...you need to do that prior to using your Windows 8 key for 10.
