Windows 10: How do i fix this random pixelated square box on my computer on startup?

So this problem occured for me about 1-2 hours ago. It happened while i was downloading something. I have restarted like 4 times. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'll send a reference picture. There is no error message.Everytime i try to upload image file it fails.The box has turned blue now and is almost invisible.Now it only shows on dark surfaces.Hopefully the description is enough, if not I will have to try another way to share the image.The image is in the comments.

Random Pixelated Boxes on user machine





I have a windows 7 computer that has been placing pixelated boxes on screen in random programs, random shapes, and random sizes. I know its not the monitor itself as the pixelated box is noticable when i remote into the computer as well. I doesn't move with
my mouse either. It sits there until i close out the program and then disappears. Only to reappear at what seems to be random later, could be in a different spot, size, or in a different program.

I've attempted driver updates but it states they are up to date.

Any thoughts or ideas are helpful.

On my windows 10 laptop a weird square what has pixels appears at random on my desktop at times. How would I get rid of it for good or should I try to make a screen of it to show you first
