Windows 10: how do I fix this system error

I turned on my pc today and came across a system error that says " The code execution cannot proceed because ffmpeg.dill was not found. reinstalling the program may fix this problem" and i have no clue what that is or how I fix it

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

How to fix CS6ServiceManager.exe-System Error?

Suggest you try the below mentioned steps to fix any issue with system files, when you access the desktop screen:

  Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.
  
• 
  Click File > Run New Task
  
• 
  Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• 
  Type CMD
  
• 
  Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  
  sfc /scannnow
