    How do i fix this?


    After factory resetting my pc, it failed and ever since then I've been getting user profile cannot sign in, ive tried signing in to safe mode to try to fix the problem but safe mode just takes me on a white screen, ive tried creating a new user using the commands prompt but the user doesnt show up on the login screen ive tried factory resetting again but it always fails, can someone please help me with detailed steps
