    How do I fix this?

When I go into a Fortnite and press Fn and F11 to go to full screen my screen turns black for a second and my resolution changes. When I do it again the screen turns black and it goes back to the normal resolution but it’s not in full screen. I have contacted Microsoft support and they have fixed it before but now they seem to be unable to. Specs: Ryzen 5 5600x, Rtx 3060 12gb, 16 gb of ram 3200mhz, B550m ds3h ac gigabyte. Any idea how to fix it?

    :)
