    how do I fix this?


    got my laptop updated last month and since then I'm having bluetooth issues. The bluetooth keeps disconnecting after I unplug it from the charger and then it eventually disappears from the menu and gets added under the hidden files category in the device manager. Tried most of the solutions like uninstalling it then restarting, spamming shift during shut down but it still continues happening. Have to shut it down and then restart several times to bring it back. Disabled the "allow the computer to turn this device off" option too... Nothing. Can't uninstall this update because it doesn't show u
