Windows 10: How do I fix windows tcpip.sys error code 0xc0000098?

I had just custom built a new gaming pc. I used the windows 11 media creation tool on a 2tb usb stick to get windows on my pc. Upon insertion and boot however this recovery screen would pop up. I have tried all the startup settings, but none would work, as it would take me back to the same screen. I have also browsed the web, but all the related searches problems didn’t have the same error code. Previously while trying to remedy this I removed a stick of RAM as a possible fix I saw online. However it did not work. How do I fix this?

The the 0xc0000098 error can appear due to a corrupted BCD (Boot Configuration Data) file. This can be due to a change in the hardware. There is also a possibility that Windows files or the hard drive was damaged on some cases. In this case, we suggest to boot
