Windows 10: How do I fix Xbox game bar parties from disconnecting/crashing?

For about the past week I've been experiencing party crashes/disconnections in parties that I join. If I'm not the host of the party I disconnect within 15 seconds, if I am the host my friends either dont get the invite or it says that I leave the party as soon as they join. I've done multiple things that other posts or sites say to do. I've updated my windows, restarted and reset my xbox gamebar and xbox app, uninstalled and re-installed xbox app. I honestly dont even know what to do now since I cant find anything else that I can do. Im not getting error messages unless they're in a log file

Xbox Game Bar Crashing When Joining Party

Xbox Game Bar has recently started crashing parties when I join them. If I join myself or if I am invited, it will automatically kick me from party and also boot every other party member out of the party as well. I have rolled back a recent Windows update
and reinstalled all of my drivers. I have tried terminating, repairing, and reinstalling Xbox Game Bar, and nothing seems to work. Any idea how to fix?

Xbox game bar party chat in the setting of xbox game bar party chat audio settings are not being saved but the audio to windows it self saved what i set it to but xbox game bar if i change the settings for party chat it does not save any idea on how to
fix this ? this is doing this on three PCs as well.

Try resetting Xbox Game Bar, Xbox Console Companion and Xbox Live in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Xbox feature > Advanced Options. Restart PC and try again.

If it still fails try re-registering the app from Option 2 here: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/3175-apps-re...

If those fail then try uninstalling the apps in Settings location above, restart PC then reinstall from MS Store Settings > My Library.

If nothing else works then do a Repair Install, by installing Media Creation Tool, open tool and choose to Upgrade Now. This reinstalls Windows while keeping files, programs and most settings in place, and is also the most stable method to advance to the latest version. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/m...
