Windows 10: how do I force any window to be any size and any resoluion

hello, Windows 11 poweruser hereI have a third-part program called DisplayFusion, it has a monitor splitting tool that is rather more robust than window snap layouthowever, certain programs will enforce a certain limit for how low the resolution and aspect ratio can beI wanna know if there is a global way to bypass any resolution restriction placed by the developerlet me clarify: I don't have any issue with driver, compatibility and/or accessibilityI want to have this configuration set my preferred way

Follow the steps to change the font size:

• Click on "Windows logo" and select "Settings".
• Select "System".
• You can change the font size here.

Follow the steps to go to Control Panel:

• Type "Control Panel" in the search bar.

can't adjust font size...

I would suggest you to follow the below steps to change the font size and check if it helps.

  Type fonts on the search bar and select it.
  
• 
  Click on change font size from the left pane.
  
• 
  Make changes according.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
