Windows 10: How do I force my computer to reinstall Forza Horizon 5?

I opened FH5 yesterday for the first time in about three weeks. The game wouldn't open, so I restarted my computer. It still wouldn't open, so I checked the Microsoft Store to see what the problem was, and it said I had to reinstall it I hadn't deleted it at this point, so I have no idea why it got uninstalled. I clicked reinstall and nothing happened after 10 minutes, so I uninstalled the game from my taskbar for a clean start. I went to reinstall the game and have been sitting on the screen from the attached picture for several hours. My Windows is up-to-date, I've restarted the computer a
