How do I force users to logoff (NOT LOCK SCREEN) after a set amount of time?

Why is this not available in Windows 10 PRO? The user-switching/lock screen makes the apps hang and requires a restart to get everything to work again. I need the users to be automatically logged out of Windows after 15 minutes of inactivity.

The sleep and lock screen cause the apps to hang, multiple users logged in at the same time cause many app hangs and crashes.

What is the solution to auto log off after a set time of inactivity? It's a shared computer that users do not save items on, just simple, public app use and browsing.

    Please advise.

    Thank you.

    :)

Force logoff when screen time expires

    Hi,

I set the screen time limit for my child using the
    https://account.microsoft.com/family/settings/screen-time
    page.

Unfortunately, when the time expires, my child is not forcibly logged out from the Windows 10 session. The audio and the videos keeps on going forever in the background of the window telling that the time is expired.

Is there any way to force logoff when the time expires?

    Thank you.

Remove User personalisation settings on logoff

I'm setting up Group Policies for to controlling Windows 10 when we roll it out. I'm currently stuck on how to remove user personalisation on logoff.
For example if a user chooses a new color scheme that's OK. However when they log off that color scheme is used for the lock and logon screens for the next user. Once the next user is logged on they get their own color settings.
I want the lock and logon screens to revert back to default Microsoft blue (behind the image*).

*To complicate things slightly I have used group policy to define a custom image for the lock and logon screens. This does work. However if a user chooses a high contrast theme the image is not displayed at all and the high contrast theme is present on the lock and logon screens until the next user logs on.

Force logoff when screen time expires

    Hi,

my son uses only 1 device. No need to coordinate screen time / logoff on multiple devices.

I need that, when screen time expires, windows user session is forcibly logged off. As said, today the session remains logged on with audio going on in the background and a window informing that the time has expired in foreground.

I think this is a pretty straightforward request: when time is over, is over. Full stop.

The Windows 10 version is 1703.

    Regards.
