Windows 10: How do I fully purge my pc of the PUADlManager:Win32/OfferCore file/virus

When I go to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service And try to delete the files that I saw in a feedback support for someone with the same issueI tried to delete them and follow the steps for it but I keep getting this non-stop no matter what I do.The reason I want it deleted is because Windows Defender keeps saying this and when I click remove it does nothing.Is there a way I can fix it? the file it's talking about doesn't exist on my PC I checked 20 times

Found puadimanager-win32-offercore.......

Found puadimanager-win32-offercore. tried to delete quarantine and remove. I was able to delete the files and webfile from my drives and download history, BUT it is still found when scanned again. Except that I can't see it anymore. Still unable to delete it. When I try to delete it, I can't because someone locked my administrative privileges. Not sure what to do from here. Please help.

Salve, windows defender continua a rilevare Puadi Manager win32/offercore ho seguito la procedurapzioni di esplora file visualizza file nascosti poi percorso C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service ma quando clicco sulla cartella Scans mi dice che non ho autorizzazioni per aprirla. seguo le indicazioni per aprire ma mi apre una finestra (scheda di sicurezza) dove mi chiede di cambiare quello che mi interessa, ma non so dove mettere le mani. Grazie

 

Win32/Agent.ODG virus, please help!

My pc has become infected with the Win32/Agent.ODG trojan and my nod32 cant get rid of it, it tells me its unable to clean the file and the virus itself is becoming a real nuisance.

can someone please help me?
