Windows 10: How do I fully purge my pc of the PUADlManager:Win32/OfferCore file/virus

Microsoft defender continues to scan a file known as PUADlManager:Win32/OfferCore multiple times and keeps assuring me it is removed but in reality it doesn't.I need help with getting rid of this virus, as I seem to be facing problems with my internet connection, every time I put my pc on sleep mode and I later open it, I find that my internet says it's "Not Available" and I have to run the troubleshooter every time to get it to work again, telling me the problem is in my wireless adapter how do I remove this Virus its the only problem and virus I've gotten, besides that I'm usually very safe

Win32/Agent.ODG virus, please help!

My pc has become infected with the Win32/Agent.ODG trojan and my nod32 cant get rid of it, it tells me its unable to clean the file and the virus itself is becoming a real nuisance.

Offercore Virus - How do I remove it?

I got a Virus called Offercore. This virus makes my Browser "Yahoo!" and lets be honest, Yahoo is ****. So I went looking around, Installed Avast, followed tutorials, uninstalled Chrome, and other apps that maybe would have something to do with this virus, installed Firefox, which did nothing because its Yahoo on there too, and nothing. Microsoft Defender detects it, but if I press "Remove" or "Quarantine" it does nothing. Avast does absolutely nothing too, doesn't even detect it. I'm afraid the virus might be stealing my information. What do I do?
