    How do I get a permanent fix for Windows Explorer constantly freezing.


    I purchased my new laptop in December last year. It's a Huawei D16. 2 weeks ago, I started having this issue where the taskbar won't respond. I googled about this issue and found that I just need to restart Windows Explorer from the Task Manager. However, this is only a temporary fix because the taskbar would keep being unresponsive and I would have to keep restarting Windows Explorer several times while using the computer. This issue also affects launching Start, snipping tool, Settings app and even Windows Explorer itself. I've already installed the latest updates in Windows and then restart

    Windows Explorer Replacement?

    are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer

    I don't use Internet Explorer, I meant the thing where you can look at files etc. Hotkey Windows+E. Maybe it's the wrong name in english though. *Stick Out Tongue How do I get a permanent fix for Windows Explorer constantly freezing. :p

    How do I get a permanent fix for Windows Explorer constantly freezing.

    all games crash!

    ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
