Windows 10: How do I get a recovery key if there isn't one associated with my account?

I have windows 10 and can't log in because the PIN, facial recognition and password no longer work.I only need to access my files but to do that I need a bitlocker recovery key which I do not have. I have checked my Microsoft account and it also says there isn't a recovery key associated with this device XPS.Does anyone know why this could happen and what I could do about it?

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

If you enabled the reset protection before doing a factory reset, the phone will ask you to provide the Reset recovery key to be able to access it. You can only get the recovery key on the Microsoft account associated on your device. To get the recovery
key, you can follow the steps provided below:

• In a browser, log in to your Microsoft Account associated with your phone then go to Devices.
• Find the device on the page and then click Get recovery
  key.
