Windows 10: How do I get a refund for a double charge when ordering Windows 11 Pro upgrade from...

I submitted an order to upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro. When I completed the process and submitted the order, I received a message stating that there was an issue on Microsoft's end and I should try again. I did, and this time the window just closed. But then I received TWO emails stating that I had completed my order and when I look in the order history, I have two separate orders for Windows 11 upgrade with two different order numbers. Additionally, I logged into my American Express account, and I can see two pending charges. Finally, I don't see the download button when

Hi,

I've upgraded my system from Windows 11 Home to Pro. However when I went to go purchase this upgrade through the store it didn't prompt me to install until I purchased it a second time. There are 2 charges on that card and my attempts to contact someone for a refund through my Order History haven't worked. When a new chat window is opened in chrome the page appears blank, and if I try to open a support request in Bing I get a message that I don't own the support request. Is there any way I can speak with a customer service representative to receive a refund for the pro upgrade I'm not using?

How can this be quickly refunded to the business credit card?
