    09/02/20 I purchased Windows 10 Home for $139.99. After 3rd failed attempt to download the boyfriend went to store and purchased a new computer. I had 24hrs to download but now I don't need it because the laptop he purchased has windows 10 on it. What do I need to to do to get a refund? Mmartin
