Windows 10: How do I get access to my account again after windows services disabled and I don't...

So this issue with my laptop has been persists with an hour now, and since Microsoft Support has left me on hold for about 90 minutes now, I've decided to go here. I am currently used a HP Omen laptop where I have been experiencing random clicking for some reason when playing Genshin Impact. Even if I have the touchpad and my mouse off, it still clicks. I tried following the instructions under another community post, which I can't seem to locate currently, which told me to do Windows + R then to disabled all Microsoft Services and Restart. Well I did just that and now it won't let me enter my

Services Problem

For future reference , blackviper also contains a list of default settings in case you can`t remember changing a service. There are TONS of guides and references like this on the web if you don`t like blackviper.

the page where is said account disabled , it also showed a link saying next step is to contact us,
i ran that link and reported the problem, still no reply

 

Windows 10 startmenu and Cortana don´t work with mandatory profile

In this case, we strongly suggest that you create a new admin profile and disable the default profile. To do this, please follow these steps.

1.Insert the Windows 10 Release Preview Installation Disc and restart the computer (If prompted, press any key to start Windows from the installation disc.) If you do not have a disc create one from this link on another
computer:

2. Click on Repair your System.

3. Click on command prompt

4. Type the command below and press enter.

net user Administrator /active:yes

Restart the computer to login to admin account.

Note: Disable the built-in account after performing the troubleshooting using command:

net user administrator /active:no

Method 2:

Try creating new user account after enabling then admin account.

Follow the steps below:

  In search, type User Account.
  
• 
  Select manage another account.
  
• 
  Select Add a new user in this PC account.
  
• 
  Click on Add someone else to this PC and follow the onscreen instructions.
